The self-cleaning pass through/box can transfer materials and appliances under A-level environmental protection, and the materials and appliances will enter the sterile area after self-cleaning in the pass through box. Mostly used in the general area to pass to the D, C level area. The self-cleaning pass through box is equipped with an ultraviolet germicidal lamp, and an ozone generator sterilization system can also be configured as per production needs.
Operation Procedure
- Loading: Materials and appliances are placed in the pass-through box from the general area.
- Initiating Self-Cleaning: The self-cleaning cycle is initiated, during which the UV germicidal lamp and, if configured, the ozone generator operate to sterilize the contents.
- Transfer: After the sterilization cycle is complete, the items can be safely transferred to the sterile area.
- Unloading: The sterile items are retrieved from the box in the controlled environment, ready for use.
