EDl Equipment

EDI equipment belongs to fine treatment water system and usually used in cooperation with reverse osmose (RO) to constitute the ultrapure water treatment system with pretreatment, reverse osmose and EDl devices. EDI equipment replaced the mixed join-exchange unit used in traditional water treatment technology. EDI equipment requires the electrical resistivity of the water to reach 0.025-0.5 MO.cm and the reverse osmosis device can completely meet the requirements. EDI equipment can produce ultrapure water with the electrical resistivity above 15 MΏ.cm.

Product Introduction

EDI (Electrodeionization) equipment is part of fine water treatment systems and is typically used alongside reverse osmosis (RO) to create ultrapure water treatment systems, including pretreatment, RO, and EDI devices.

Key Features:

  • Replacement of Traditional Methods: Replaces mixed ion-exchange units in conventional water treatment.
  • High Purity Output: Produces ultrapure water with electrical resistivity above 15 MΩ.cm.
  • Compatibility with RO Systems: Requires pre-treated water with resistivity between 0.025-0.5 MΩ.cm, which RO systems can provide.

Applications:

  • Ideal for industries requiring ultrapure water, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, and high-pressure boiler systems.
